Living in small-town Minnesota, we realized that finding a truly fresh, high-quality cup of coffee was harder than it should be. So we asked ourselves: Why not roast it ourselves?

Understanding the Roast
There is a common myth that "Darker" means "Stronger." In reality, the longer a bean is roasted, the more caffeine and natural acidity are roasted out. We offer a spectrum: Light Roasts for bright, fruit-forward energy, and Dark Roasts for those who love deep, smoky, bold richness.
